Yep, at her 3 week checkup they took the purple cast off and did x-rays...she did, indeed fracture the growth plate.  For this cast she chose pink.  Wouldn't you know it, the day after she got it her cousin got a new trampoline  :(

Well, Zee was enjoying playing lacrosse, her favorite position is goalie but unfortunately she jumped off the merry-go-round at the park and has a possible fracture of the growth plate in her foot/ankle.  She has a pretty purple cast!

Wow I can't believe it is May already.  I haven't done much blogging cos I've been busy with the pages, especially the Fids Page.  Fids are furry, feathered or finned kids, and I have a whole zoo here.  Zee is having fun with Lacrosse.  She likes the goalie position best....hardly any running! Now if it would just ACT like Spring and give us some warm sunny days instead of the rain, thundershowers, tornado....and chilly winds.  Ah, well, warm weather is bound to come sooner or later.  Hopefully sooner!

We were supposed to have our first outdoor practice Fri but since we got up to 8" of snow dumped on us Tues night and Tues we will be in the gym at a local elementary school again tonight.  Go, Horizons!

I have got at least an opening pic and a blurb on each page.  I'm having the most fun at the moment with the Fids page.  For those who don't know, a fid is a feathered, furred, finned, or in the case of Hershey, forked-tongued kid!
